Referral bounty · open to anyone
Call Center Doctors is a US roofing and storm restoration call centre. We are hiring right now. If you introduce us to someone and we hire them, you get paid. You do not have to work here -- you just have to know good people.
Free to join. No fee, ever.
Open roles
Two roles. That is the whole list -- if the person you have in mind is not one of these, we are not hiring for it today.
Roofing and solar · outbound
Runs a floor · hires and manages agents
Call centre or roofing experience and clear English get someone into the conversation. They do not get them hired. Read the bar below before you refer anyone -- it is set high on purpose and we do turn people down against it.
The money
We pay in two parts. The first comes early, so you are not waiting months for anything. The second comes once the person is properly established. Which schedule applies depends on the job they are hired for.
Only appointments that are valid and accepted by the client count. If the client rejects an appointment it does not count toward the 50. We are counting real work, not attempts.
A setter's work shows up directly as appointments, so that is what we count. A director spends their first weeks building the things that let other people produce, which never shows up as their own appointment count. For them, time served is the honest measure.
Both schedules pay only after the person actually turns up and does the work. We are straight with you about that: this is a bounty for real hires who really stay, not for sending names.
Read this first
We would rather tell you the standard now than deny your referral later. This bar is set high on purpose, and we do turn people down against it.
For an appointment setter: if they cannot set at least 3 valid appointments a day, do not submit them. We will deny it.
For a director: if they have not already run a floor and held a team to a number, do not submit them. We will deny that too.
We are not going to pretend this is an ordinary number. Measured across our own floor over the last 90 days, counting only booked appointments, this is what our agents actually produce:
| Across our own agents | Appointments a day |
|---|---|
| Typical (middle of the floor) | about 0.8 |
| Our strongest sustained performer | about 2.1 |
| Agents sustaining 3 a day | none |
So 3 a day is above what anyone on our floor currently sustains. We are deliberately asking you to find us someone better than who we already have. That is the point of the bounty -- it is $300 because the person is supposed to be rare.
If your first thought is "they are decent, they would probably be fine", that is a no. Refer the one person you would stake your own name on.
The bounty only pays once the person you referred actually sticks and then produces -- the one-week trial first, then 50 valid appointments. A referral who does not clear the bar does not just get denied at submission; even if they slipped through, they would never reach the milestone that pays you.
Referring hard beats referring often. One person who clears this bar is worth more to you than twenty who do not.
One exclusion
Contracted recruiters are paid a base rate to source candidates. Finding people is the work you are already being paid for, so it is covered by your base pay. You do not also earn the $300 on the people you were engaged to find.
The rule is simple: if you are paid to find people, it is base pay. If you are not paid to find people and you introduce us to someone we hire, it is $300.
This bounty is for everyone else -- agents, directors, friends, family, and anyone with a network in this industry.
How it works
Give us your name and email. It takes about a minute and costs nothing.
You get a personal link and code. Send it to the person you are referring, or submit their details yourself.
We handle the interview and the hiring. You do not need to do anything else.
Your referral is recorded against your name from the moment it is submitted.
$50 at the first milestone, $250 at the second. Paid in USD on NET-30 terms by PayPal or bank transfer, once you pass $50.
Questions
If something is still unclear, ask us before you refer someone.
No. Anyone can refer someone, whether you work here or not. The only people who cannot claim the bounty are contracted recruiters we already pay to find candidates.
Not for people you were engaged to find -- that is what your base pay covers. If you are unsure whether a particular person falls inside your contracted work, ask us first rather than after.
Probably not, and we would rather say so now. "Solid" is the middle of our floor, and the middle of our floor books under one appointment a day. The bar is 3 a day -- higher than anyone we currently employ sustains. If you are talking yourself into it, that is your answer. The bar is set out in full here.
Because a denial after you have already told your friend they have a job lined up costs you more than an honest bar costs you now. We publish the standard so the filter happens before you spend your introduction, not after.
One that the client accepts. Appointments the client rejects do not count toward either milestone. This is the same standard the setter is measured by, so there is no separate bar for your bounty.
You keep the first $50 if they reached that milestone. The $250 is only paid if they reach the second one. We do not claw back money you have already earned.
The first referral we have a record of wins. This is why you should submit the referral as soon as you have the person's permission, rather than waiting until after they have applied. Someone who applies with no referral recorded cannot be claimed afterwards.
No. You cannot refer yourself, or an account you control. If you want one of these jobs, apply for it directly -- that is a better outcome for you than a referral fee.
