Referral bounty terms
Last updated 28 July 2026
These are the rules for the Call Center Doctors referral bounty. We have written them in plain English on purpose. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you refer someone rather than after.
1. Who can earn the bounty
You can earn the bounty if you introduce us to someone we hire, and you are not already paid by us to find people. You do not need to work at Call Center Doctors. You must be 18 or older.
Contracted recruiters are excluded. If we pay you a base rate to source candidates, finding people is the work you are already being paid for. You do not also earn the $300 bounty on candidates you were engaged to find. The rule is:
- If you are paid to find people, it is base pay.
- If you are not paid to find people and you introduce us to someone we hire, it is $300.
If you are unsure whether a particular candidate falls inside your contracted work, ask us before you submit them.
You also cannot claim the bounty for:
- Yourself, or any account you control.
- A candidate who is already in our hiring pipeline at the time you submit them. A candidate counts as already in our pipeline if they had already applied to us, or had already been submitted by someone else, before you submitted them. This is the same "first record wins" rule set out in section 5.
- A candidate submitted without their knowledge or permission.
2. What triggers payment
The bounty is $300 per person we hire, paid in two parts. Which schedule applies depends on the role the person is hired into.
Agents (the trial, then production):
- $50 once the referred agent has passed their one-week trial. The trial follows a week of training.
- $250 when the referred agent reaches 50 valid, client-accepted appointments.
Managers and Directors (measured on time served):
- $50 on the day they start.
- $250 at the month 3 mark.
3. What a valid, client-accepted appointment means
An appointment counts toward a milestone only if it is valid and accepted by the client. If the client rejects an appointment, it does not count toward the 50 that trigger the second payment.
This is the same standard the agent themselves is measured by. There is no separate or stricter bar applied to your bounty.
4. The person must actually start and keep working
Both milestones require the referred person to have started work and to still be working with us when the milestone is reached. We pay for real hires who really turn up, not for names.
If the person you referred leaves before reaching the second milestone, you keep any part of the bounty you have already earned. We do not claw back money that has already been earned and paid.
5. Who gets credit when two people refer the same candidate
Your referral link or referral code identifies you. If two people refer the same candidate, the first referral we have a record of wins.
Submit the referral as soon as you have the candidate's permission. A candidate who applies to us with no referral recorded against them cannot be claimed afterwards.
Our website sets a tracking cookie that lasts 30 days. That cookie is a convenience to help link a click to your account. It is not the basis of your claim -- the recorded referral is.
6. When and how we pay
- Payments are made in USD.
- By PayPal or bank transfer.
- On NET-30 terms: a milestone earned in one month is paid by the end of the following month.
- The minimum payout is $50. This is exactly the first milestone, so a single qualified referral is always payable. Balances below the minimum roll forward.
- You are responsible for any fees your own bank or PayPal account charges to receive the money, and for any currency conversion applied on your side.
Tax is your own responsibility in your own country. We do not withhold tax from your payment. Depending on where you live and how much you earn, we may need to collect a tax form from you before we can pay you; if that applies to you we will tell you at the time and explain what is needed.
7. When we will not pay, and when we can reverse a payment
We will not pay, and may reverse a bounty already credited, if:
- The referral was falsified, or the candidate's details were misrepresented.
- The referral was a duplicate of an existing referral or of a candidate already in our pipeline.
- The candidate never actually started work.
- Appointments that counted toward a milestone were later reversed or rejected by the client.
- The referral was made without the candidate's knowledge.
- You are a contracted recruiter claiming for a candidate you were engaged to find.
8. You are not our employee
Referring people to us does not make you an employee, agent or representative of Call Center Doctors. You are not authorised to make promises on our behalf.
In particular, do not promise a candidate anything about pay, hours, schedule, job security, visas or immigration status. Tell them what the role is and let us handle the rest. Misrepresenting the job to a candidate is grounds for removing you from the programme.
9. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms going forward. Referrals you have already registered are honoured under the terms that were in force when you registered them. We will not apply a change backwards to reduce a bounty you have already earned.
We may end the programme, or remove someone from it, at any time. That does not cancel a bounty already earned under the rules above.
10. Where the programme is open
The programme is currently open to referrers in the United States, Mexico, LATAM and the Philippines. If you are somewhere else, ask us before signing up. We cannot pay a bounty where doing so would break sanctions or other law that applies to us, and we will tell you if that is the case.
11. Who we are, and how to reach us
This programme is operated by Call Center Doctors LLC, a Florida limited liability company, of 12828 Willow Centre Dr, Ste D #255, Houston, TX 77066, United States.
Questions about the programme or a specific referral: [email protected], or call 1-877-223-6270.
12. Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. This matches the governing law in our standard agent agreement, so a referrer and the person they refer are not held to two different bodies of law.
